Several tools are available to aid you in viewing your budget. Utilize the Budget Query when you require specific account information regarding invoices, procurement cards and purchase orders. Click on the e.Print Reports to view specific transactions posted each month or total revenue and expenditures applied to your budget to date. The Encumbrance Query tool allows you to view open or closed purchase orders, their exceptions to date and remaining balance.
